| The Galician Blond (Spanish:
Rubia Gallega, Galician: Rubia Galega) is a breed of cattle native to
the region of Galicia in Northern Spain. Also named for its color, its
coat varies from cream to golden red.[1] The Galician Blond is primarily a beef cattle breed,[2] though its milk has traditionally been used in the production of Tetilla cheese.[3] Its breed registry has existed since 1933,[2] and some crossbreeding with Simmental, Brown Swiss and South Devons may have occurred sporadically in the 1900s |
